New boil advice please

Hi after so long without a flare up,I last night noticed a boil on my bottom bum cheek like visible from me bending over and looking between my legs,that part of my bum cheek.

This one is not huge but not pea size either I have wiggled it around a bit but it doesn't hurt anywhere near as much as other boils I have had. What's up with that? I honestly think it was an ingrown hair turned boil and I didn't mean to shave there and it was quite itchy afterwards.

    When I notice my spots coming I immediately cleanse an exfoliate with dial/baking soda or use neem soap. Then I get the sensitive skin badges apply tree tea oil an cover then repeat sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. I tried all of that on a pretty good size spot on the back of my left leg needles to say I couldn't take the pain an pressure of the spot so I had to have it lanced last night and it was horrible. I suggest getting with a derm or pcp an asking them for steps/guides on home care if they are not to the point or don't rupture themselves. I literally have a clear organizing box that is just for my HS care. Hope that helps a little.
