New, but not new, to all of this!

17 years ago, 6 months after having my first child, I began having chest/upper abdominal pains with vomiting. After several trips to the ER late at night and visits to my GP, I was diagnosed with gallstones. After gallbladder surgery, the surgeon stated that there really wasn't enough stones in there to cause this type of pain. One month later, I was back in the ER with the same pain. I went through 3 more attacks that year. Then nothing for 8 years, during which I had gastric weight loss surgery. Once again, I began having the attacks again. I brought it up to my GP, and he diagnosed me as having anxiety attacks, prescribed Xanax. For the past 9 years, I've been popping Xanax each time I had an attack. Then 2 years ago I began having bouts of bloatness & diarreah, my GP diagnosed this as IBS - prescription given. On Jan. 2nd of this year I started having another attack, but no amount of Xanax would ease this one. I then had trouble breathing, and stopped breathing twice. My husband called an ambulance & I was taken to the ER. In addition to the pain & breathing problems, I had frothy mucus, dry mouth, and muscle drawing. A CT didn't show anything, but my lipase levels were >10000 and liver levels were high. For almost 5 weeks now, I either have little or no appetite. If I stick to liquids, I will have yellow diarreah with food particles floating. If I eat solids, then I become constipated. I easily dehydrate. My urine is typically bright yellow to an amber color. I've gone from 147 lbs to 133 lbs in 5 weeks. My blood pressure is up & down. And, most of the time, I'm running a low grade fever. My GP referred me to Gastro, but the initial doctor couldn't get me in until June. Now I have an appointment in March with a different Gastro. I'm just really worried about the shape I'll be in if this goes on much longer. I can't stand to loose anymore weight & I'm tired of feeling miserable.
