      Neither... It's granules you mix in yogurt or applesauce and swallow whole, do not chew.. you only use it for one day. If taken to many times, it can cause cancer. Mild side effects are headache, nausea and stomach ache... You can not consume alcohol 24 hours before using Solosec, and 72 hours after using it

      It will cause a yeast infection

      I have never tried it.. my Gynecologist will not give it to me.

      So I've just been taking probiotics that don't work
