I have developed a constant ache in the better of my knees, the left is worse and I cannot walk without a walking stick. Just recently my right knee which up to now hasn’t been too bad has started to ache and feels a bit different to my left knee. Could it be Oa progressing or something else?

T think it is when one knee is painfully you put it's pressure on the other knee.x
