New growths on scalp...

This is my first time ever using a forum. I have had a mole on the top of my head for several years or at least i thought it was a mole over the past year i have noticed that it was getting bigger and now it has completely changed shape and color and is starting to bother me. In the past two months I have had two other small moles/nodules start to form on my scalp as well ....any ideas or help on what these could be? File size is too big

    Have you been to see a GP/doctor about them? If so, what did they say?
