New illness from GF

Hiya guys,

Hope everyone’s well and recovering quickly. Yesterday I had another blood test and later in the evening I was rushed up to hospital. I now have been diagnosed with a bleeding disorder called ITP which has come because of the glandular fever/ mono. It basically means I have far too little pallets in my blood so my blood won’t clot which is really dangerous as I only have 6 when I should have between 200,000 and 450,000. 

Just wanted to know if anyone has had this from the glandular fever/mono and what I can really do? 

I have another blood test next week to see if I’ve improved if not I’ll have to stay in the hospital.

    Oh goodness Jess so sorry to hear this, what an awful time you have been going through. I haven't heard of that before but I just really want to give you a word of hope and encouragement - that God is looking after you right now and is going to get you better. I truly believe that Jess and just hang in there and really hope you are feeling better soon and that you can get home and back to full health again, or even just back to normal recovery stage from glandular fever.

    Hang in there Jess you are going to get through this and thinking about you.
