New jeans!!!

It's taken 6 weeks & losing 1st 12lbs but I am finally out of my size 30 jeans & into a 28! I know that for most people a 28 would terrify them but for me its a victory that I can't believe I've achieved in 6 weeks :-)

Of course! Breakfast is usually porridge with skimmed milk & frozen berries or a slim fast shake, lunch this week has been curried chicken & lentil soup, skyr yoghurt (high protein, fat free...made my mouth shrivel up lol) & fruit with perhaps Turkey chilli/bolognese or fish/chicken & always 50% of my plate as veg/salad. I like a pudding so have sugar-free jelly with low fat ice cream or a meringue nest with fruit & yoghurt. I do limit my carbs, avoid bread & given up chocolate but that's my choice, you don't have to but it works better for me if I do.

It's trial & error tho to see what works for you which doesn't help I know. If you search above for orlistat there is a 4 day meal planner provided by a Norfolk hospital - why not give that a whirl & see how you get on? Xx
