New lesions on clitoris

On the last day of my period, I had some itching. i decided to ignore it for a day. The itching got worst.

I washed my vulva, and clitoris with an antimicrobial body wash. The itching persisted.

I noticed that my clitoris (not the hood, but the actual clitoris) was patchy red. The next day, I noticed that a round lesion started to appear. today, a second lesion appeared. My clitoris is a bit painful if touched or if it rubs on some surface, but it is bearable. More uncomfortable than anything.

I don't have any std/sti, but I was diagnosed with HPV earlier this year. I was treated for BV some weeks ago, and no sexual interaction since then, so I don't think that it is and sti.

    Not sure what this is so do see a professional for advice.

    By the way, never use an antimicrobial body wash anywhere on your genitals. The genital skin is highly sensitive and is normally self cleaning and a harsh wash like that can cause problems.
