I'm sorry you're back to feeling this way. From my experience, the sertraline made me feel worse before I felt better. But when it kicked in, I was so glad I stuck with it. The psychiatrist told me that other people around you will see you getting better before you see it yourself and that's true. I don't feel I'm getting better but they see differences in me. Good luck with it

I have been on them for 7 years at 100 mg. the only real side effect that I remember is the intense anxiety and bad thoughts. I just got bumped up to 150 mg 9 days ago without any side effects, I guess because my body already had it in my system. The fact that you said you're not feeling much better tells me that it has started to work for you. I don't feel I'm getting better either but my family can see the difference in me. ask your family and friends if they see a difference. Even the smallest thing means that they are beginning to work.
