New Mom/heavy drinker/10+years yogi....help!

Hi everyone!
Per advice on here from a vet, I’ve started a new discussion on an all too familiar topic.
I’m new here and found this amazing discussion online. What a community! Here’s my story: I’m 26, I drink everyday, with my husband. He was always a very heavy drinker, and I have slowly become one too. Not to help matters, we have a one year old and right now, I’m a stay at home Mom right now, which is not for me at all. sad I love him, but I find myself so relieved when it’s time to drink daily. We’re not happy with life...living with my mom, I’m trying to go back to school, we’re broke to make matters worse, and drinking is there to make me feel better. How can I slowly stop this habit?? On the other side of the coin, I also workout every morning six days a week doing hot yoga, so it doesn’t affect my fitness routine at all. I still show up at 6am no matter what. I just feel like I now can’t go a night without my wine. What to do??? Any and all questions, comments, or thoughts are completely welcome.
Thank you all.

Sounds familiar....except my husband has a job, so he is gone all day and I'm home. We are most likely moving in the next few months because our situation isn't so great living with my family. When we move, I'll be going back to school, so I really hope that will be the change we need to kick this habit, but, I'm afraid we'll still drink every night. We drink really cheap wine (like nothing over $5) most of the time, not that I'm proud of that either! I don't really ever start drinking until 4pm, but it just doesn't stop. There used to be break days during the week....now, what break?? I always say i won't drink, and then we of course stop at the store on the way home from his work, and with the stressful baby days, it just feels necessary.

Hi 👋
A 5fl oz (175ml) glass of wine will contain roughly 2 units of alcohol, depending on the alcohol percentage of the wine.
A 25 fl oz (750ml) bottle of wine of 11% alcohol will contain 8.4 units.
Bottle that’s 13% alcohol has 10.5 units.
Not sure if your wine over there has percentages on it? I have to say, after looking at this it isn’t easy to convert 🙈 for me anyway!
Hope that helps but ignore if it is clear as mud!! 👍😊
