New pain

Hi,

Today I have noticed a new pain on my outer labia that almost feels like pulling. It’s very mild but it’s noticeable and annoying. I have done a thorough check of the area and I don’t notice anything discoloration, swelling or bumps. Is this something that comes with LS or should I be worried?

I've been using virgin coconut oil the last few weeks.  Got tip from a friend.  It is very soothing, and seems to be calming things down.  Coconut oil is anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral (tested against Herpes virus).  I use the 1GM capsules.  I snip a hole in the end of each capsule and spread the oil around on the area - 1 capsule for the front area, the other for the anal area.  This way I can estimate how much I will need over a period of time.  I use 2 capsules 2 or 3 times each day.  The product is not expensive, compared to other remedies.  I have stopped using any steroid ointment.  It just thinned out the tissue and over time made things worse - not better.

Hi there, the symptoms you describe could possibly be the start of a boil/sore.  I would just keep an eye on that area and hopefully it might not be that and it will go away.

Thank you. I immediately jumped to cancer, which is probably ridiculous since my only symptom is a very slight pain.

Hi, I see.  Years ago I had the exact same symptoms and it turned out to be a boil which appeared incredibly on the inside of my labia minora.
