New pains??

Hi, I've had problems for 15 years, have now seen a specialist and had a couple of colonoscopy s done, the doctor gave me sulfasline tablets on 31st March, which helped in the beginning, they have reduced the amount t of times I run to the loo a day, but after nearly two months of taking them I have an extremely tender stomach, which over the weekend has become really painful it's had me in tears, unable to sleep, it's like someone has taken my inside out, tided them in knots then put them back in, the pain it worse at top of stomach just under ribs and also down right hand side, it even makes my back ache, hurts to stand up straight and walk, I can't get appointment with my gp until tomorrow, and I don't see my specialist until 2nd June. I'm meant to be having a mri scan but still haven't had appointment for this come through, I feel so tired and ruff, finding it hard to eat. As far as I'm aware I'm being treated for crohns & uc but still feel a little in the dark! Anyone had anything simular? I don't really know what to do with myself at the moment!!

Although on a good note, since taking the tablet s my psoriasis has gone and I've had that constantly for 15 years........always a silver lining hey 😂

Thanks nicci

It is hard to get a proper diagnosis as they are unsure of the causes of Crohns, We took 11yrs to get a diagnosis. U sometimes feel ur getting nowhere but DON'T give up. Question them at every stage. Hope u get answers soon and start to feel better XX
