Hi, ive been having urethral issues for about 3 months now. Now i have a new bump I just noticed today. I have been watching it closely daily for any new issues and just noticed it today so im thinking its new. Also let me add in that i have been tested for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Trichamoniasis, Hiv, Syphilis, Herpes blood and swab test(swab on another mark i have on my penis head), all in which came back negative. In all honesty im worried it could he HPV genital warts but i also have read that new fordyce spots can show up even as an adult. Any info please. I will add a photo

As a generalisation, spots and glands can first become obvious on the penis up until the age of around 30.

Have you seen a Urologist? I think you need to see a specialist such as this for the urethral issues.

If you live in the UK have you tried a GUM / Sexual health Clinic at a local General Hospital? If you go to one of the larger facilities in the region in which you live you may be able to see a Urologist, or at least be directly referred to one .....

Hi i appreciate the info. Ok so as for the urethral issues, after I had taken all of the STD tests that came back negative, i was then referred to a Urologist. When i finally was able to get into the urologist he had me pee a small amount in a cup. He came back into the room not long after and told me its strange because my urine had a high PH level, but no infection in my urine. He said my urine was cloudy. I dont know if he did some kind of test on it or if he could tell by just holding it to the light.

Medical professionals do develop a sense of what healthy and unhealthy urine looks and smells like, he may also have used some form of simple test

So, slight infections can cause cloudy urine. However, the most common cause is a failure to drink sufficient fluids regularly. If you sweat a great deal, such as you do active sports or gym workouts where you sweat a great deal you need to take liquids on board. This can be further complicated if you drink a fair amount of regular coffee.

Try to drink plenty of water during the day ......
