New pink growth on arm

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone can help but I have a pink growth that has appeared on my forearm over the last 6 weeks. The growth is perfectly round, raised and has a flaky, rough, warty surface but pink throughout. I thought it may be a wart but it has visible hairs growing and from what I understand warts don't sustain hair growth. Over the course of the last 2 weeks little black spots have appeared scattered across the surface which again made me think it was a wart. The growth looks like it's stuck onto the skin like a stickybud but is in a position whereby its catching on clothes. I have asked a Pharmacist who thought it maybe Seborrhoeic Keratosis. I have been to the GP who didn't bother looking at all and suggested sending to photo's to a skin specialist for a opinion. I'm 35 years old.

Any help offered would be appreciated.

Thanks

Dan
