new pip claim

hello,

Im new to this ,, i need some advice,, I have done a pip claim and currently waiting for a tribunal date,, the wait is months away apparently,, im getting worse and alot of changes have happened ,, im wondering can you do a new claim while waiting ,,, thanks

    If  I were you I was submit ant new medical evidence as soon as possible which will help your case. By my doing this I was reinstated for Pip

      they have told me at the dwp that the evidence that is new will not be looked at as its what i was like went i was at my face to face assestment ,, its well confuzing,,,, congrats on getting your pip reinstated, x

      i have got 4 more new medication and report from mri scan ,, should i send it to the tribunal do u think

      That is exactly right. Any change will not be taken into consideration. The Tribunal can only look at what you were like when you applied. If there are changes you can of course report them but be warned you might end up with another face to face assessment and another decision.

      ​It is a dangerous game to play putting in a new claim before a Tribunal hearing for a previous claim.

      do u think it will be worth canceling my tribunal and doing a new claim. as my illness has worsened and to be honest i dont think from the crap that they put down at my assestment would do any favors ,, most lies ive ever read in my life,
