New skin rash? COVID?

Will try to keep this short and to the point. Got the vaccine. Got COVID. Made my period heavier and more painful. Besides that, I seem to be dealing with skin issues. Went and got opinion from Dermatologist who said it seemed to be contact dermatitis. Maybe they are right.. but based off these pictures does it seem like it could be anything else? The bumps vary in size and how they feel. Sometimes they are completely flat and just red, other times they seem to look like they are filled with pus but don't wanna pop easily. And when they do break open they turn bright red. It seems to "flare up" when I am about to get my period (right now it is at the end) and I have a few new spots that showed up I have pictures attached. This is my stomach and thighs these spots are located. I also have been breaking out in more spots lately such as my face. imageimage
