New symptom of low blood pressure/ rapid heartbeat

****Thanks to all who have helped so much during the past six weeks. I am beginning to get ROM and Extension progress at PT. Still problems with severe swelling, stiffness, and night pain causing lack of sleep. I do feel like I am making slow progress. Am concerned about long term effects of taking 2000 mg. of Tylenol and 600 mg. of Motrin daily to help with pain. During the past week have experienced low blood pressure and rapid heartbeat, especially when knee is most painful. Please share if you have had similar experience.
