New symptoms

Hi,
I have been a sufferer of m.e for just over 7 years (diagnosed when 14, now 21) by now i know what my symptoms are. Mainly suffering with fatigue, brain fog and very very occasional bone pain (once every few months)
a few months ago I started having flitting muscle and bone pains all over body: fingers, toes, arch of feet, legs etc. also been suffering with swollen glands in neck, itchy skin and for a couple of days had a small rash. I've had many many blood tests and drs are now telling me I only have "health anxiety" (which i don't believe for a minute)
Now starting to wonder if its maybe just a bad m.e flare up, has anyone had any symptoms like this?

Sorry I have nothing helpful to offer, other than sympathy. My 16 year old daughter has had ME similar to yours for about 18 months. I am right with you on your new symptoms not being 'health anxiety' and hope that someone may recognise what is going on for you.

Yes that pretty much sums me up too.Just been diagnosed after two years of blood tests etc.I had a virus in August 2015 and have felt dreadful since.Had itchy skin brain fog joint and muscle aches headaches etc.But most of all the fatigue is the worst.Sorry to hear you have had it for 7 years as I have said I’ve only had it a couple of years but it makes my life difficult and I get so fed up feeling so bad.
Kind Regards
Keano

I had the swollen lymph node issue in my throat and several other typical m.e symptons of brain fog, severe fatigue, what I call body anxiety and palpitations. Mine ended up being due to allergies to food. And with you having rashes and itching, its screams out allergy to me so not sure if you have been tested for anything like that?

Hi there,
Just wanted to say my symptoms vary and I sometimes get itching for no reason but definitely itch after eating chillies. I get bone muscle pain more than you it seems. I guess I am used to those issues as you are with the other symptoms of brain fog and fatigue. I have a friend with CFS/ME too who believes that symptoms seem to fluctuate and come in groups of symptoms at different times. They have breathing problems with theirs and chest pain which comes and goes. My issues are more walking around and my legs "locking". Of course, no one gets what that means and as my legs work usually, nothing has come up on tests, just like my friends tests for their chest issues show nothing. However, our symptoms are real, just as yours are and not health anxiety. Have you been doing anything new/different recently? Anything that may have triggered new symptoms?
