New symptoms

so I've been experiencing this for a while on top of many other symptoms.. bloating type feeling and like I've got to catch my breath.... I didn't realise it can actually be another result of chronic anxiety because of over breathing / hyperventilation without even realising you're doing it which in turn can cause you to feel bloated. anyone else have or had this?

    Hi Sophie,

This is what i suffer from. My anxiety is so bad that i get hyperventilation syndrome. Mine is chronic i.e I'm constantly over breathing and don't breathe out enough. As a result i get a long list of symptoms, from bloating to dizziness, pain in back to tingling around my mouth. These thongs are all associated with anxiety. X

if you dont breathe out then you are just storing more c02 which is one of the gases you breathe out. this will give you the tingling feeling as you are taking so many breathes. this occurs a lot with panic attacks
