Wendy take a breath, lol. You are only 12 days into this, you are going to have many different side effects, believe me I sure did, I had the nausea thing the throat thing the shakes the headaches the no sleep the hot flushes and about 20 more!! After about 3-4 weeks most all my side effects went away. I can bet yours will go away too! Good luck

I’m always panicky when I go to the docs! Lol. You are going to be fine I almost stopped taking my tablets several times in the beginning because of the side effects but now after 9 1/2 weeks in on 75mg I’m so glad I didn’t! You got this.

Joe may I ask again when the shakes /increased anxiety feeling ended?

      Which week about ??

im on day 15 of 50 and it seems to have really picked up the past several days .... do I need to go down to 25 again for awhile ??

Hi Jacqueline, I was on 50mg in the beginning as well, I would say everything including the heightened anxiety starting subsiding around my 3rd week give or take a few. I’m not a dr by any means but if your taking this for anxiety you probably should stay on your 50mg dose.  25 is basically used just to get people started, making it a little easier on the side effects before your jump to 50
