New to Blepharitis

I've been just recently been diagnosed with Blepharitis and boy, what a nightmare. Before I found out that I had Blepharitis, I would wake up with eyelashes on my face and often goop around the eyelid. I just carried on with my day and put in some gel tear eye drops which helped at the time. After going to the eye doctor and confirming that this is blepharitis, I was told to do 5 minute warm compresses twice a day and then wash my eyelids with OcuSoft wipes. This helped for a bit but I noticed that it doesn't really help. The main issue I have is the dryness that is associated with this and the drops just aren't working for me anymore. I've started doing the warm compresses for about 10 minutes but found it difficult to have to keep re wetting the wash cloth. Is there anything else you guys would be able to recommend? After reading some of the forums on here I noticed that people were using multivitamins to help and I don't have the best diet. Might have to give those a try.
