New to blepharitis and would appreciate some advice

I have just been diagnosed with blepharitis. I’ve bought an eye mask that I heat up in the microwave and then use baby shampoo in cold boiled water to cleanse lashes. It doesn't seem to be doing anything!! Should I wash my face pre or post the eye mask. Also interested in buying the wet wipes. Does anyone know the brand? Thank you

I used the Wet Ones, antibacterial hand wipes, from the US. They are in a Red Box of singles. The Yellow Box has the same ingredients. The last ingredient is Leaf Juice. Some of the red ones have different ingredients.
These have 3% Benzethonium Chloride in them. Another person used a facial scrub with that ingredient in it and killed her Bleph. When I went to look for that product is was no longer made with that ingredient.
I looked online to find what else had Benzethonium Chloride in it. I had the wipes in my house and my eyes wer itching so bad that I gave them a try. It did take over 3 months to kill it but I did not miss a day using them until it was gone.
I used them 4 times a day for about a week then went down to 3 times then 2 times a day as my eyes felt so much better. I did not rinse my eyes off after rubbing across the eyelash area but after researching it I found it takes 10 minutes to work so can be rinsed after that time.
I tried everything except the mask but I did use a wash cloth and heated it up. I used antibiotics 3 times and baby shampoo too. This was a Staph infection, most likely, from using old mascara and having dry eyes.
For the girls, you can wear makeup and kill it at the same time. Let me know if you need that info or look on this site as the info is here too.
The UK wipes are harsher so I am only recommend the ones that worked for me and need to buy online if in the UK.
Hope this helps as it has been over 5 years and still Bleph free.
Any questions, please let me know.
