I have severe costocondritis from a bad fall so just using heating pad, Aleve, and following an anti inflammatory diet

Have tried Topricin and SynthaFlex but really did not feel any different

It has been four weeks since the accident and I would say time is the best healer.

i will look up your oil..not familiar with it

Hi Zoe,..I started using Olbas Oil only about a week ago after reading about it in here and I have found it really helps to relax your chest and is especially good at night. I 'm also taking Cod Liver Oil with Glucosamine Sulphate capsules which are for healthy cartalige function. Already After a week my chest pain has started to lessen(fingers crossed it continues to). Hope you find this info useful.
