drunk dizzy feeling
balance is all over
blurry vision
brain fog
CONSTANT chest pain in centre & left side
pain and shooting niggles in left armpit and shoulder blade
sore back
so tired but just not sleeping at all
body keeps shaking inside even when i dont feel anxious
shooting pain under my left breast in ribs
burning in my stomach
the list is just endless... im sure you get the idea, please tell me this gets better because its taken over my life

Hello,
I'm so sorry for the loss of your brother at such a young age, I can't begin to imagine.
In these circumstances it is totally normal that you are suffering from so many symptoms. I lost my Dad when I was 10, it was very traumatic because he died in front of me and this caused me to suffer with bad anxiety that has manifested in loads and I mean LOADS of physical symptoms.
I once read something that said that "the body speaks what the mouth doesn't".
That's why I think it is important that you can find someone to talk about your grief, maybe you already do.
All the symptoms you have are quite common with anxiety, but I would recommend you go to the doctor, get a physical check-up and if all is ok, which I bet it will be, then you have to start working on your anxiety.
If you take the right steps it will get better, for sure!
Best of luck x

Of course, it must be so difficult.
If I start to list my symptoms I could fill pages and pages, but here goes...difficulty breathing, dizziness, problems to stand and walk, stiffness, back pain, neck pain, pins and needles, numbness, chocking on food, diarrhea, constipation, chest tightness, severy tachycardia, burning skin, flashes and floaters in eyes, head zaps, burning stomach, pain in right abdomen...I really could go on forever but I don't think it's necessary.
I have been on an anxiety forum for years and unfortunately it's full of people with loads and loads of symptoms.

Hello awmcfc, you pretty much have all the symptoms i do. in particular chest pain stomach issues rib pain burning in stomach dizzy head. i started suffering out of the blue one day thought i was going to die dont know why but i did. next thing i know i was having some sort of anxiety attack and for the past month ive basically had most of your symptoms.
im 36 and fit and healthly but i am seeing a doctor thursday which is hopefully the start of sorting my problem, first i think i need to prove im not poorly in anyway which im pretty confident im not.
your loss is a clear starting point for you and something i hope you talk to someone about and from there you will hopefully start to get a hold of what you are going through. if i can be of help in anyway or you need any support message me. im no expert but talking to someone you dont know is sometimes good.
