New to insomnia

Just need some clarity. Constantly worrying about getting a lack of sleep or never sleeping again. When I get in this state I just can’t sleep. Will your body eventually make you sleep?

    I spent 5 days w/o any sleep and the only thing make me sleep were pills. So in my case it didn't happened. I am totally traumatized sad

    Personally, I meditate each morning, it's not as good as sleeping, but it helps with the anxiety knowing you're getting at least some form of rest.
