But like all anti depressant you should ease yourself on and off them accordingly with help from GP. I would get some counselling or talk therapies to if you can. A referral from your gp will sort this and they should be pleased if you havent done this already as it show you want to solve and close problems

Your bod ( brain in particular ) has to get used to the fact it get kick started and the mood balancing begins. It will get better. take some parcetemol and if you can just have an easy day

I was on Venlafaxine. If you withdraw really slowly from it you will not get any withdrawals. I took 10 months and was fine. Hope you feel better soon. Don't worry about stopping it, just give it time to work and see how you go.
