hi all I've just been Prescribed amlodipine 5 mg 5 days in and my legs feel like jelly a dry cough and my chest is beating like mad. Not sleeping too. Does this all go when you get used to them or are they not much good. Cheers Michael

That sounds about right foe the start of the side effects of amlodopine. You can add anxiety because it sounds like you are getting nervous. It's unlikely they will disappear. Try a different medication.

left leg and after 2days. A horrible tablet. I have thrown them in the bin I'm taking nothing till I see the doctor next week. !!!
