New Unexpected Stomach Pain

I'm a moderate wine drinker, usually eat with food, but do enjoy a few glasses of wine in the evening. Non smoker, exercise every day. Healthy weight.

After a week of extra drinking and eating due to my birthday, I woke to upper stomach pain. Gradually the pain would worsen by evening and was excruciating. Then the next day I was fine, and it would start a bit with pain the next day but not as bad. Then I was back to having a glass of wine, and eating and be fine, and it would act up again. About 3 days out of three weeks this has been going on have been excruciating. I have tried to be very careful with my eating/drinking, but this is going on 3 weeks now. One night excruciating pain that Tylenol and Advil didn't cut. It radiates into my back at times as well.

I've been out of town at a family cottage and not near my doctor who is limited seeing any patients during Covid. I don't feel comfortable going to the local hospital unless it worsens. I came across this website, and just curious if this sounds familiar to any of you? I did see gastritis can have similar symptoms.

FYI:

*I have had no issues with nausea, vomiting, and my stomach isn't sore to touch, or no do I have problems with bowel movements.

*I am still exercising every day. & drinking a lot of water.

*But if I eat an average meal/drink alcohol some days it's bad again.

*It feels like a burning squeezing pain that comes then releases.

*Last two days I've been on a liquid diet no alcohol but a little bit of pain here and there but much improved and I feel great otherwise.

Thank you to anyone who might offer some help.
