Hi all. I’ve just taken my first tablet but I’m slightly confused ????? which isn’t hard 😬 about the fat intake. I get that you should ensure no more than 30% of your daily calorie allowance should be fat intake but how do I know what that is. Maths is not my forte! I am on 1548 cals a day at the moment. What’s the best way to work it out? Or do I just say 30g a day max which is floating around a lot on the forums? Thanks in advance x

Hi Nicole...first of all, this is not the "rule of fat"! I would hate for you to think you could have your entire daily allowance of fat in 1 meal as this will land you in a world of pain! 🙈 if you follow the guidelines at the back of the booklet that was enclosed with your tabs, it will tell you how many calories you are allowed per day and the MAX number of grams of fat you are allowed PER MEAL. Mine is 19 for example. You should aim to consume well within the maximum though to ensure you don't get any unwanted side effects! I read the booklet front to back twice, and researched online to make sure I followed the rules and I'm glad I did 😊 good luck! 👍
