Hi Jill I've been on orlistat for just over 2 weeks. I've gone from 14st to 13st 5lbs. So it really does work.
I eat porridge for breakfast and mostly healthy foods. Try and stay away from oily foods as I've read that causes toilet mishaps! If you do have a treat day, just don't take a pill afterwards.
I've been corrected that it's 15g of fat per meal not 10g as I try and stick to.
If you don't mind me asking, how much do you weigh and what is your target?
My target is around 12st as I'm now size 16 and I would like to be size 12

I'm not sure if you live US or England but tesco do Mr kipling sticky toffee pudding pots that are 10.8g fat. Also rice pudding with abit of jam is fine.
Just along as you stay within the 15g range.
If you think you might go a little over at dessert time, have less for dinner.
Are you going to be exercising aswell?
