    Hello babebanc.

    Welcome and good luck.

All I can recommend is to read as many posts as you can to get a good idea of what to expect.

I started Orlistat on the 4 June 2010 and had my first weigh in Yesterday (15 June 2010) and I lost 4lbs :D

Everyone is different but if you stick to it and take the time to know your foods and put the effort in it should work.

Any questions, someone is always willing to answer and help.

Keep us up-to-date on your journey.

no more than 30g's of total fat per day

no more than 15g's of total fat at any one sitting

advised not to buy anything that has over 5g's of total fat per 100g's.

Fruit is good but try not to overdo it as it has natural sugars.

lots of fluids clear if possibble (water)

green tea is meant to help
