well as thesubject title says im new to the site & new to the pills. Ive been reading your experiences and feel really positive. i started to take them yesterday and was petrified of being caught short but upto now ive been fine. The only thing is i think ive misread what some of you have said. :?
I have been eating no more than 5g of fat each meal..... when i think it should be no more than 30g in the day.... meaning i think i have starving myself!!!!!!!
Can someone confirm this for me & also do u think it will have an effect on me as ive not eaten much fat at all?
Sorry for rambling on but im determined to do this this time.

no more than 30g's of FULL fat per day
no more than 15g's of FULL fat at anyone meal.
Some of us use this break down.
5g's for breakfast
10g's for lunch
15g's for evening (main) meal.
most of the time we don't hit the full quota which allows us to have some \"treats\" during the day.
You do need to be getting nearer the 30g's over the day or your body will go into starvation mode and retain the fat stores.
Drink water and if you can some sort of green tea as this helps break up the fat.
