Newish to DD.

Hi All,

I have been reading all these discussions. first of all im New to DD, I was dignosed with DD last March 2019 as I starting having that left sided pain firstly discovered December 2019. had a the Colonostmy to reveal that I have Pancolonic diverticular. scince then i suffer with on and off aches.. some daily and some days not hardy, I have some question that im frightended to ask in case it sets my anxiety off for the worse... does the Condition shorten your life?, does the condition get worse with age, if im eating a balanced diet and still have the food I like to eat or drink ( odd beer or so) not a massive drinker anyhow... will this make my DD worser off later in life?, is hospital admission or cronic pain a definate thing?. I suffer from anxiety and i worry of what response i'm going to get here.

would really apprecite a response. as im feeling worried like most.

im 28 years old too so im abit worried what this could do to me later on in life.
