Hi, im a 23 year old yound woman, and have just recently been diagnosed with RA. it started of in my index finger which became swollen and painful, then went into my feet and knees. it got so bad that i couldnt walk with up stairs or do the simplist of day to day chores. It is very upsetting for me, that i cannot walk a short distance or excerise before i had the attack 4 months ago i was a very active a healthy young woman. I also have a son who is 18 months which im finding it very hard to look after as im so in active, i have approx 4 bad days out of 7. I am currently on steriods, methtrexate and Hydrxcloraquine. My blood test came back as sero-postive RA. I am worried about what my life quility is going to be like.

There is a doctor in india who had cured many patients with RA +'ve through siddha which has no side effects. One whole month of medicines cost around 90 to 100 pounds. You will be pain free within 2 to 3 months and will be fully cured within 1 year of taking those medicines. But there is a particular diet which is attached to it along with medicines.

If you need any help plss mail me on xxxxxxxxx

Hi. I was in exactly the same situation 4 years ago. I was in much pain with joints swollen. I couldn't walk or do basic things like taking bath, buttoning clothes etc etc. . Took pain-killers for the pain & initially methotrixate for the RA. Then went onto biologics (or DMARDS). RA now under control and I can do everything I used to do but I am careful not to exert to much strain on my joints. I am gentle on my joints but can do everything I love to do.So do not despair. You and your doctor can mange the RA and you get back your life. If there are any aspects of this journey you want me to elaborate on or any further questions please do not hesitate to ask me. I am willing to share that there ism hope!

    Hi,

Similar to yourself, I've recently been diagnosed with RA. I,m 38 with two young boys so it's been quite tough recently.

I've just started methotrexate today after putting it off for a few weeks, been afraid of taking the medication after reading and hearing about side effects etc. I've also been prescribed the hydrox...too.

There is history of RA in my family, but i felt fine until a few months ago bar an issue with my wrists which had been diagnosed as RSI. I was having physio for that and it was working great, then very quickly my feet and knees got very painful and sore and then my hands and finger started swelling too.

I know everyone is different but I'm very anxious about taking the medication....but doesn't seem I have much of an alternative sad
