Nexplanon and my eczema

I have had Eczema since I was younger, but it wasn't too bad. I had a flare up when I was 14 for a few months, but it went after a being prescribed creams from a dermatologist. I got the contraceptive implant when I was 16 and I have experienced really dry skin for the past 3 years and tiny flare ups that went pretty quickly. In September 2017 I had a massive flare up that lasted until December when I went to see an on-call dermatologist and it went for a month. I got my implant removed and replaced in the middle of January as it was due to run out and ever since then I've flared up again. I've got a massive red rash all over my arms, chest, neck, cheeks and feet, I am really itchy all the time. I was wondering if anyone had experienced the same thing the implant and if anyone can give me advice.

Thank you.
