Night sleep wake up with big body jerk and heart racing

From few weeks I wake up after 1 to 2 hours after night sleeping with body jerks and hearth racing.

About a year ago I diagnosed. I checked up with a senior cardiologist. He checked me with ecg, eco cardiogram and 24 hours holter machine for heart reading. Doctor said it is anxiety issue not heart. He gave me propanol and alpraszolam related medicine. I was regularly checked with that doctor. Two months ago I moved in europe for study. All was fine.

Now facing wake up with body jerking with heart racing. Still I am taking propanol. Also take alprazolum if sleep problem. Also I have sleep problem. I am 35 years old. Male. I walk regularly.

    You say about a year ago you were diagnosed. What did they disgnosis did they give you?
