Night sweats

Hi I am taking sertaline anti depressants and I'm suddenly getting really bad night sweats where I wake up dripping wet.

Has anyone else experienced this with taking medication?

I am extremely worried as I already suffer from health anxiety and because my glands are really swollen too it says I have cancer.

Someone please help sad

    One of the side effects.  Will ease in time.  Not too worry.

    Hi I have been on 150mg of sertraline a day for around 6 years now and I don't get this side effects.   I don't know your age but could it be the menopause? 

    Please don't google the symtoms as you will only scare yourself.  You need to see a doctor to find out what if anything is going on.  x

      Hi thanks so much for your reply it's means a lot smile

      It shouldnt be the menopause as I'm only 26, I'm on 100 mg of sertraline, was on 50 mg and never had this that's why I googled it but got some scary suggestions coming up

      I know I shouldn't Google

      Got an appointment at docs tomorrow hopefully they can figure out what's up with me
