I get occasional night sweats - currently on 100mg but I'm weaning myself off now, as I still have the brain fog, tightness of head and balance/sense of disconnection from limbs that led me to seek help in first place.

My mood has been much better since starting multi-vitamin/minerals a month or so ago.

It's also getting warmer - I'll be switching to lighter duvet when I next change the bed.

All the best. Hope that's of some use.

Bought from Savers - can't recall price.

Called A-Z Multivitamins & Minerals 1 a day made by Healthpoint.

A, B1-,2,3,5,67,9,12 (supposed to help cognition.)C, D3,Iron, Zinc, copper, calcium, manganeseSelenium, Molybdenum, Chromium, Iodine.

I don't take them every day but alternate with Vitamin D and B12, as I think my diets not terrible.

      Hope that's of use.
