Sorry everybody. im having hard time controlling my anxiety. Almost 2 week a ago i picked up some viral infection. I had a fever for 2 days and i went to urgent Care. They put me on antibiotics for 10 days and i finished it on Monday. Since the infection started i have been having night sweats (my neck and chest). I already had a panic attack twice when walk up in the middle of the night and felt sweaty. I started to cry and convinced myself it is lymphoma. i went to doctor yesterday to do all my blood work and he said i dont have a swollen lymph nodes but i cant stop thinking about it. please help me.

its too coincidental that u got a viral infection, and now u have night sweats. many other non serious things can cause those besides lymphoma. including virus! Before panicking, do a fact check.

    1. you got a virus that can cause night sweats
    2. no swollen nodes ( which u get with lymphoma)
    3. you have anxiety that causes negative thoughts not based on reality or facts

YOUR anxiety is causing u to let fear take over. dont read stuff on google. stay busy and wait for lab result and i think u will be pleasantly surprised all is ok. ❤

when u feel anxious or going to sleep, go to you tube and search for great meditations for anxiety!

ONE i really like is called Its Ok by lauren. very calming!!

IF U FEEL panic, search for Dont Panic. she helps you calm down and breathe right. the key to calming down is proper breathing !

YOU are gon na be just fine.

ill definitely try that. i need to ease my mind or at least stay busy with something else. I didn't feel that low for at least 3 years nut scary part is that this beast always comes back more powerful than before.

I feel like anytime I've gotten any type of infection where I needed anti-biotics I always get the sweats with it, I'm pretty sure that is just normal. I wouldn't stess over it, like Jan said just wait for the test results that are more then likely just fine and that should calm you down 😃

Well your doctor has told you it's not lymphoma so believe it. I am wondering if you are female and how old you are? Is it possible it is the menopause as they cause night sweats and can make anxiety worse. x
