Yep thats me! Sweaty hot  nights led there wide awake at 2 in the morning - Grrr!

Only thing that works is to throw off the covers and cool down. It’s the sweating that makes me feel so grubby next day though.😞

    Hey Cyndy,

I too get night sweats and Insomnia.

I find that when i  have eaten spicy food, onions and sweet stuff in the late evening, the night sweats come. I mean, i am dripping wet and sometimes i have the outline shape of my body on the sheet! not nice.....

So i really do try to minimise what i eat now.

As for the insomnia i seem to be waking up at 3.00am and not getting back to sleep until 4.45am.  Then going to work from 9am to 5.30pm.

Some days are harder than others. Just stay positive x

Night sweats?  Check  (so bad I have had to change the sheets in the middle of the night.

    Insomnia?   Check.

I have found that a supplement has helped me with the night sweats and a sleeping pill with the insomnia.  Now, I have new issues which I have no idea how to contend with.  Isn't this fun?  It is like a twisted game of whack-a-mole.  Knock one down, another one pops up where you least expect it.  Once I get the dizziness, anxiety, and fatigue out of the way, I can't wait to see what will be in store next!  Good timesrolleyes
