anxiety taking over yet again . I caught a cold of a young family member and have been feeling pretty unwell, is it normal to have night sweats when I have a cold? I went to bed shivering, then I was really hot, then I woke up sweating and now I'm freaking out as usual
I have a painfull slightly swollen lymph node in my neck and I am freaking out

If you have a cold you probably have a fever so shivers and sweats are to be expected Swollen glands are also common with a bad cold, see your doctor.
