So I haven’t had super bad anxiety as before but rn I can’t skeep. So I was closing my eyes and started feeling like I couldn’t breathe well or like I was sort of holding my breath and I keep waking up gasping for air or just panicked bc I feel like I’m gling to stop breathing ... anyone else been through this? Now I’m scared to fall asleep. I get a lot of my anxiety at night for some reason and I started feeling anxious /wonky like three or two hours before I laid in bed .

yes!! i had three weeks of night anxiety as soon as i hit the pillow i couldnt breathe and i had to get up control my breathing and lay on the sofa until id eventually fall asleep
what helps me is a window open for air whilst being wrapped in a thin blanket these attacks are awful your not alone
