I get heartburn, last year I had palpitations and my go sent me for heart xrays, blood test, all OK. I'm so tired of these which I now call Menopause GHOST SYMPTOMS.... LOL.. Cause my doctors can't find anything wrong yet I get depress, I get pains which comes and later disappear. 3days ago I felt like I had a bad flu, crazy headaches, block nose. Body aches, abdominal pain. Yesterday I woke up fit and well. I just take each days as it comes. As it's been over five years I'm in peri menopause.

My whole peri journey started with palpitations (skipping beats) last spring, they were on and off, but pretty consistent, for about a month. Had a heart echo done and all is fine with my heart. Now I just get a few palps in the day or two before my period. I don't really get hot flashes, but have had a few bad bouts with GERD. Typically a couple weeks of Omeprazole (AM) and Zantac 150 (before bed) takes care of it. I have a litany of other symptoms, as well: anxiety, random tingling in right foot (sometimes both feet), achey joints, itchy/irritated-feeling skin. Seems like one goes away and a new one pops up.

Sorry to hear you are suffered from all kind of symptoms. Most of them like hyperthyroidism. I am not sure if you check it up or not? A lot ladies go through menopause with thyroid problem. I think it is better to check. Even bottle line thyroid disorder can cause a lot of problems. I have exact same symptoms and finally find out I have thyroid disorder.

Yes to all your symptoms. Same worries as you. I have my uterus. You still have hormonal shifts because you have your ovaries. They say those shifts are what causes all the symptoms.

Hi Barney. I've had these symptoms and more for months so you're not alone. The nights sweats are intolerable because it affects my sleep and I have to use Buscopan for the heartburn and stomach cramps. Thankfully, the palpitations have finally stopped. All the best.
