i dont know if anyones going to read this but im 19 years old and i have not been pregnant but for a whole week my nipple has been hurting and its only my left nipple .... and its on top like and its like a little ball i feel when i touch it and it hurts ... and no , no one has been sucking on my nipples and im a little worried 
its where the green dot is, thats where it hurts

You probably have a tiny infection just under the skin so dont worry. If it doesnt feel better in a few days or it gets bigger and more painful then go to your doctor who may give you antibiotics.
