Nissen fundoplication

Hi everyone,

My son had a nissens done about 5th of july. He has had a double lung transplant and in an impedance stidy its showed he had reflux. So we trusted our doctor who suggested a nissens to protect the new lungs.

Long story short he had it done but ever since, he has been vomiting almost every time he eats! Hes 4 years old and im unsure as to what it could be. Spoke to doctor about it and they said it could be that the wrap is too tight. So they gave him a med to try help with the vomiting. But its not making a difference. Im at my wits end. I dont know if its a psychological thing because it 'feels different' as most of the time its like hes forcing it out but sometimes he isnt! We were not told about this complication so i have no idea what to make of it. Going back to hospital soon to see what can be done.

Anyone else experienced vomiting or feeli g like they need to vomit while eating? The food is coming back up almost instantly so its not even reaching his stomach i dont think!
