No answers for constant vaginal irritation

i was first treated for bv and yeast infection almost two months ago. still having issues. I thought I had bumps that could be warts by my vaginal opening, three doctors have said they are just normal vaginal variations and that everything looks healthy. I started to have a slight white discharge that is thin with no discernible smell. I'm prone to abrasians especially on my clit and close to my perineum. I tend to have almost like a sebum substance on the outside of my vaginal lips and on my clit that I have to clean constantly. the skin is irritated after. so I've been tested twice for gonorrhea chlamydia trichomoniasis... told there are not warts lesions etc. doctor just did another test for bv and yeast and I should find out Tuesday. I've gotten a ph balanced soap only wear cotton underwear rarely wear Jeans take probiotics drink lots of water little to no caffeine stopped smoking limited alcohol consumption take a multivitamin... anybody else with these issues? I'm so stressed out over this and my doctors have been no help and often treat without testing or o have to seriously push for them to check or else they just say I don't know change your laundry detergent again. except for now I'm having more irritation inside my vagina and not just my vulva.

my doctor did mention it could be hormones because I'm breastfeeding but I'm not sure at this point going to ask this week about how we can check to see if that is an issue

you are right. very well could be from breastfeeding as your hormones get funky. it can cause the skin to get thin and very easily irritated down there. almost atrophic like we see in post menopausal women.

I have almost all the same symptoms! I got tested for stds/infections 6 months ago (even though i didnt have any symptoms, just wanted to make sure i was clean) before having sex with my new partner and everything came back negative. After we had sex i started to get all the symptoms ive had before with BV- discharge, odor, abrasions, and this weird substance on my vulva that i have to clean constantly. I've been tested twice since then and the only thing that came back positive was yeast infection the 2nd time i got tested.. i took the antibiotics, nothing changed so i bought monistat and still no change. I'm going crazy not knowing what the cause is!
