I know this is a strange question but antidepressants are supposed to pile on your weight but when I feel crap and stressed and panicky I’m not hungry what so ever it’s been months and I eat bugger all does anyone else go through this or just me 😥

I do it too, but realistically those don’t pile on the weight. People correlate weight gain with antidepressants because people will often start eating more because they feel better. When you are the type to not eat because you are stressed, depressed, anxious... those meds can make the opposite occur. If it bothers you that you aren’t getting better you may need something else or a higher dose.

Hi. I'm the same. Had little or no appetite for 4 weeks. When my panic or anxiety is really bad I eat nothing. I think that's normal. I try to make good choices in what I eat. I have lost a lot of weight....I needed to so for me I'm not underweight but just make sure you drink plenty of water.

I've lost about 40-45 pounds in the last couple of months. I eat but mostly once a day and I drink a lot of water. I try to eat healthier. I have horrible health anxiety that started it all and I try to watch what I'm eating.
