No appetite, how long does this last?

I had total left hip replacement on 16th March, I have no appetite whatsoever, is anyone else experiencing this? it's really getting me down.

    Hi Julie. i had left hip done wednesday and right in Sept 19 i have had a lack of appetite on both occasions but it did come back after about a week last time - heres hoping

    Hi Julie. Sorry to hear you have lost your appetite. I had TLHR March 18th and experienced the same. I found not taking Ibuprofen on an empty stomach helped ( as it made me feel sick). Also, once I had come off the opioids I found a small glass of wine stimulated my appetite. Almost 4 weeks post op now and appetite raging !

    I think I react to the morphine and fentanyl during the op. I just don't want to eat and feel sick.
