No balance - why?

For 3 years. I have no balance, unsteady, dizzieness, vertigo  (but no feeling of sickness) had a number of MRI’s + Dat scan and lumbar puncture (spinal tap) blood tests and nerve tests all come back clear? I had a contaminated flu jab 2 years ago and prescribed Tramadol (for a bad back) 3 years ago, felt bad ever since plus I constantly sneeze plus I have a runny nose. I’m onto my 4th Neurologist via an ENT specialist who now who says I’ve got MSA?? (diagnosed without the other symptoms? The only thing found on my scan was my Cerebella slightly atrophied - not much) my GP dosent agree with the diagnosis of MSA and has redirected me to another Neurologist. I know how you feel though, every step is like my shoes are made the shape of Toblerone‘s. I wonder if a flu virus causes balance issues? Anyone got any advice? Help.
