No BV or yeast issues for a year

Hi everybody!  Up until a year ago, I suffered from chronic BV (2 years) and yeast infections (10 years). I've tried literally everything and did so much reading and research, even exchanging emails with the author of a book about gut fermentation and dysbiosis. I put together a video about my struggle, research, and final recovery. I've had positive feedback so far from fellow sufferers on this forum who have watched the video. I can't post the link here on the forum, but if you'd like to see it, please send me a private message and I'll send it to you.
